We can develop site search models using in house Geographical Information System (GIS) software to meet the requirements of our clients and identify relevant opportunities. Our specially trained GIS Analysts can build a site search model generally for any development related purpose and tailor it to specific client requirements using UK wide map based data.

Following successful site identifications, the Property team will undertake the relevant due diligence in assessing title constraints and any restrictions the land or property may be under. This will inform the subsequent acquisition process, so that only the best opportunities are progressed.
